Postage Costs

UK Postage:

2 or more items £3

Items will be shipped on the Monday or Thursday after ordering (at the very latest). If I can get it out sooner I will. Royal Mail Second Class postage as standard. If you need your items on a specific date, please email me. If you would like to include a hand written note with your parcel, for sending as a gift, please email me the words and I will include this free of charge.

I re-use boxes wherever possible, as my ethos is to reduce waste, and be as carbon neutral as possible. I collect boxes from others too, please note I do not buy stock from the Amazon store. I will make every effort to ensure your items reach you in excellent condition.

Any Issues?

I hope that your items reach you in perfect condition, but if you do need to contact me please use the contact form or email directly madebyria@hotmail.com with your comments. I will reply no later than the following Monday or Thursday working day, and work out a resolution.

Due to the nature of the products, returns are not generally accepted. Ingredients are listed on the website at the point of sale, and are sold in good faith that you have read them prior to purchase. Should you have a skin reaction to the products and wish to discuss it further, please email me directly madebyria@hotmail.com. All my cosmetics are CPSR certified in the UK.
